Throughout his career, Ken has held pivotal roles including Network Manager, MIS Director, Senior Network Engineer, Project Manager, and Director of Technology. He has been instrumental in internal network design and management, and his proficiency extends to both pre-sales and post-sales engineering, along with project management of network implementations. Ken's expertise also shines in structuring and implementing technical services for clients, ranging from hosted physical and virtual services to managed services.

Ken's technical acumen is further solidified by an impressive array of certifications. He is a VMware Certified Professional, skilled in VMware Desktop Virtualization and Business Continuity. In the realm of storage, he has attained the status of HP Master Accredited Systems Engineer (ASE) and is accredited in HP StorageWorks and Dell EqualLogic systems. His server systems expertise is backed by his HP ASE certification in BladeSystem, IBM certification as a Specialist in BladeCenter and System X Servers, and proficiency with Dell Enterprise Servers. Additionally, his network infrastructure knowledge is recognized through his HP ASE certification in ProCurve Networking & Mobility and his distinction as a HP Master ASE in ProCurve Networking.
